Avers : buste diadémé et drapé d'Otacilia Sévéra à droite, posé sur un croissant. Légende OTACIL SEVERA AVG (Otacilia Severa Augusta).

Revers : pietas (la Piété) voilée et diadémée debout de face tournée à gauche, levant la main droite et tenant une boîte à encens de la main gauche. Légende PIETAS AVGVSTAE (La Piété de l'Augusta).

Conservation : TTB. Flan large. Usure légère des reliefs sur les deux faces. Patine grise.
