Décoration française de la Jeunesse et des Sports, en métal de teinte dorée, remise pour services rendus à la jeunesse, au sport et à la vie associative. Elle se porte au ruban bleu bordé de bleu foncé, suspendue à une bélière à tête de lion.

Avers : profil à gauche d'un jeune homme coiffé du bonnet phrygien, sous une bélière à tête de lion. Légende JEUNESSE ET SPORTS.

Revers : soleil levant sur l'horizon, devise en haut, inscription en deux lignes au centre et petit différent sous l'inscription. Légende PAX ET LABOR REPVBLIQVE FRANÇAISE (Paix et travail - République française).

Conservation : TTB. Légers frottements sur les reliefs des deux faces. Ruban propre et complet, bélière à tête de lion intacte.
