Revers : portrait de Richelieu devant le portail du château de Richelieu, réserve du filigrane et cartouche de l'article 139 du Code pénal. Légende BANQUE DE FRANCE 1000.

État : avers, pli vertical central, trous d'épinglage, légères salissures aux bords ; revers, pli vertical central, trous d'épinglage, papier légèrement jauni.
